What is the INNERGY Summit & Why have it?
INNERGY is more than just software that is influenced by our customers - we also offer tools and education that enable customers to make data-driven decisions. Each year we gather our clients to train, educate and listen to the Voice of the Customer at a gathering we call our Summit.
The main purpose of our Summit is to provide solutions to industry problems via software education and industry training. We also listen to customers relative to our roadmap planning for the next year. At the Summit, the Voice of the Customer is gathered, distilled and prioritized for what features we will develop.
Arguably, one of the best parts of INNERGY is our community—the relationships and “nexus” that we have formed together. Whether its participating in a pub crawl or a scavenger hunt, INNERGY Customers know how to have a good time!
How is the 2021 Summit different?
2020 was a unique year and so we have asked our customers how to best approach the Summit differently.
Based on customer survey response, INNERGY hosted a Virtual Summit on January 13-15, 2021 with over 600 attendees. We had 6 tracks with multiple sessions each, providing a wide array of education to many different positions within each organization.
Now, we will be taking that education to the next level! We will be offering the same 6 tracks, but with more advanced education for each position. And, by popular demand, we'll be together again face to face.
It is paramount to us that we provide a safe learning environment. In an effort to do so, we will be the only group in the meeting space, we will providing hand sanitizer in the space, the hotel will be wiping down the tables/chairs regularly and we will be following safety protocols with food service. We will have a few meals outdoors and we will be setting the room for social distance. Our hotel also currently has a mask mandate, so we will be asking you to wear a mask throughout the day.
